• All bets placed on jiwin are final once confirmed. jiwin does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except in circumstances where jiwin determines an obvious pricing error has occurred.

• Deliberately exploiting errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions in jiwin's systems. Winnings derived from known exploits will be voided and the Account suspended pending investigation.
• Making false, defamatory, or misleading statements about jiwin in public forums, social media, or communications with other Players or third parties.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the jiwin Platform — including but not limited to the jiwin brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, odds compilation, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jiwin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jiwin Platform solely for personal recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. 12. Account Suspension, Closure & Termination

jiwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by jiwin.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Account for any illegal purpose.
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 21 years of age or is a self-excluded Player attempting to circumvent exclusion.
